Bar Volunteer Season Preview 18th May
Making sure our audience are looked after at shows is an important part of the volunteering at our community theatre.
Our season preview has an open house where people can look around the theatre, with preview and show followed by buffet
Thank you for volunteering for the bar
Please arrive around an hour before the show starts to set up ahead of audiences arriving. Bar open before the show , and at interval. Bar open after the show.
Arrive at 530pm (the invite time)
Open House 6-730pm
Preview and show starts 730pm lasts 1hours
full training given.
