Props Training

We need to enlarge our current props team and are planning to run props training courses.

We’ll run through what the role and responsibilities are in a hands-on approach and then allow you to shadow a more experienced props manager in a live show. Our Props Managers are an active part of the team and often find themselves changing scenes, fully costumed, in full view of the audience so it’s an opportunity to tread the boards without having the slog of line learning!

We are planning to run props manager training alongside stage manager training on the Monday during Saddleworth Players shows ( the night off in the middle) when all the props are set and is ready for a show and we can talk props managers to be through what they have to do during the rehearsal process and during tech week and run week. 

One more for this season but again in 24/25 season
